ECS Low Emissions System
The ECS Low Emissions System is a technology developed since 1987 to reduce carbon buildup in internal combustion engines, leading to a reduction in a variety of vehicle emissions. All the technology is designed in-house, and we manufacture and construct everything ourselves.
What does it actually do ?
Our systems are custom-designed for a variety of applications, including motorcycles, cars, vans, heavy goods vehicles, agricultural machinery, excavators, and stationary engines in generators. We generate a modest amount of hydrogen gas along with oxygen and introduce it into the combustion process of fossil fuels. This enhances the efficiency of fossil fuel combustion, leading to reduced carbon buildup and, consequently, lower emissions of pollutants such as CO, CO2, HC, and NOx, among others.
Does it actually work ?
Indeed, the system operates effectively. The ECS low emissions system has been in development for over three decades. Throughout this time, we have performed comprehensive testing with some of the most advanced equipment. Moreover, we assess the long-term impact on engines, with some exceeding 100,000 miles. We conduct tests both prior to and following implementation to verify the actual decrease in emissions. This procedure is crucial as we refine the system to suit the particular configuration.
What if we change our vehicle ?
In most instances, the ECS low emissions system can be easily removed and reinstalled by one of our certified technicians. The system may require adaptation, and software modifications are often necessary. However, the system is indeed designed to be removable and reusable, accommodating both petrol and diesel engines.
