ECS  240v carbon cleaner machine is a new portable carbon cleaning machine. Developed and built specifically using the ECS “snail shell” fuel cell. This is simple no fuss carbon cleaning machine which is fully adjustable for gas output. In addition to this we also use the famous cleaning power of the ECS cleaning fluid. Not just an electrolyte but special cleaning chemicals mixed to maximise the cleaning ability. All our carbon cleaning machines are hand made and bespoke to your requirements.

ECS AC portable machine

The ECS carbon cleaner machine is engineered for low power consumption, operating on 240v AC and requiring no more than 2400w. This efficiency can be easily attained by using an inverter in a van, eliminating the need for a generator. With the advent of smart charging in vehicles since 2016, the battery voltage is frequently too low for our 12v machines, prompting the switch to 240v machines. Our machine offers a fully adjustable version, enabling precise control of gas flow based on engine size, a feature we have provided since 1989.

You will get the power lead, output hose, fluid pre installed and of course the machine itself. All our machines go through several stages before being dispatched. Quality control is a 3 stage process and the machine also gets fully bench tested and pre delivery inspection before it is sent out. This guarantee’s the product will arrive ready to work.

It features a straightforward on/off switch and allows for the adjustment of gas output by modifying the current to the fuel cell to optimize efficiency. To use, simply connect the hose to the vehicle’s air intake post-MAF sensor, start the vehicle, and then activate the machine. We provide multiple levels of training conducted by certified instructors, as well as demonstrations of our complete product line. Please note that the gas output hose is blue at present, but this may be subject to change. Should you need a specific color, kindly inform us.
