The ECS HDP 8000 mk7 is a 12v portable carbon cleaning machine, uniquely designed with an ECS iridium fuel cell and is fully adjustable. It utilizes the exceptional cleaning power of ECS cleaning fluid, which is not just an electrolyte but a proprietary blend of detergent-based cleaning chemicals, specifically formulated to improve the cleaning process. The latest model is adaptable and can accommodate engines of all sizes up to 8 liters, thanks to its adjustability. The HDP 8000 mk7 is handcrafted and offers customization options to meet your specific needs, such as engine size, internal backplate colors (custom-painted), hose colors, or decals. ECS 12v carbon cleaning machine

The ECS HDP series of carbon cleaning machines, introduced in 1989, are 12v and fully adjustable, featuring the latest technology. They can service a wide range of engines, from 50cc to 8000cc, and can be powered either by the vehicle being serviced or an external source. While our mk5 and mk6 models were automatic, we have reintroduced the manually adjustable mk7 model in response to customer demand.

What comes with the carbon cleaning machine ?

As with all our machines the ECS carbon cleaning machine comes with everything you need. Just supply a power source and your good to go. You will get the power lead, output hose, fluid pre installed and of course the machine itself. All our machines go through several stages before being dispatched. Quality control is a 3 stage process and the machine also gets fully bench tested and pre delivery inspection before it is sent out. This guarantee’s the product will arrive ready to work.

This machine has been developed to offer a simple to use machine which is hand built to your requirements. Fully adjustable and easy to opperate. Connect the hose to the vehicles air intake after the MAF sensor, start the vehicle then start the machine. We offer various levels of training by qualified instructors and also demo’s of the full range of machines and products. Note the colour of the gas output hose is currently blue but may change. If you require a specific colour please let us know as we can customise your machine to suit.
